Through advocacy, education, and support, OTAT PDX ensures that every dog they rescue has the opportunity to find a forever family. Unlike traditional shelters, these dogs aren’t confined to cages; they’re lovingly fostered until they find their forever homes. 🐾
As a new foster and volunteer, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with numerous individuals from this organization. Without exception, they’ve been incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, all driven by a shared passion to assist dogs in finding loving forever homes.🐾❤️
